Dance Fit is an uplifting class full of routines that are easy-to-follow and effective, while adding plenty of sass and lip syncing as we go! It is such an uplifting class and we leave feeling energised and feeling like we have worked hard.
I created the class myself and absolutely love choosing the best music to move to and choreographing routines that are achievable and enjoyable in equal measure.

Tuesdays at 6.45-7.40pm
Thursdays at 6.45-7.40pm
