Here are a few snippets of classes…
I have carefully choreographed the Dance Fit for Mature Movers classes so that it has the same feel-good and upbeat factor of Dance Fit but has been adapted so that it is suitable for anyone who needs a lower impact class. The classes are 45minutes and both at 10am. On Wednesdays there is time after the class to have a tea/coffee and chat in the Community Centre. Please find all of the information below..
Wednesdays
- The class is 10-10.45am, with the opportunity to purchase a tea or coffee at the Community Centre after, drinks are £1.00 each.
- The class is £7.00 for drop-in or £30 for 5 classes (making them £6.00 per class). If you choose the class pass option, you will receive a card to keep track of the weeks you have attended and I also keep a record. If you don’t attend, you don’t pay.
- I have a card machine to take payments for class, or you are welcome to pay by cash.
- Please wear trainers and comfortable clothes to move in to the class. There won’t be any floorwork.
- Please bring water with you but if you forget I always have bottles of water with me.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to your first class to complete a par-q form. This is standard when attending a fitness class and only necessary to do before your first class.
- The address for the Community Centre is Simpson Drive, Baldock, SG7 6DH. It is just off the main Highstreet and there are a few parking options. The High Street and outside the Centre is 2 hours free parking, there is a car park for the Community Centre which is free and there is also a pay and display carpark at the back of the Centre. There is a drop-off area by the door of the Centre. If you have any questions about parking, then please let me know.
Thursdays
